This week I got the chance to work on the main website which is very nice. I have worked on the hiring partner page and have delivered the spec doc. I have also added another feature for the resume portal which is the annoucenment page. On the side, I have worked on the spec doc for the resume portal so that the final built-up pages look closer to my design.
For the hiring partner page, I have emphasized on two of the service we provided at first. One is the resume book function which is the sub-page for the resume portal. Hiring partners can click and explore new candidates by looking into their profile resumes. The other service is hiring from us, which is asking the hiring partners to fill out a form that tells us the job opportunities they have now. Then there are two quotes from our previous hiring partners and a video about their experience working with us. After that, it is the annoucenment for the job fair we will be holding next year. The hiring partners are welcomed to attend. The next section is the form of the hiring partner. It is important to keep the form intuitive and simple so that they don't need much time to fill it out. Finally, I use another section to review the explore candidate function.
The annoucenment function is for the instructors to send out notifications to all the premium users. In this stage, only sending out notification is required and more functions will be developed in the future.
